DieMark®
Ink Cartridges
Electric
inkers utilize DieMark® cartridges for the ultimate inking solution.
DieMark® cartridges offer reliable, consistent, trouble free operation
with the benefit of a disposable unit. Pre-filled factory tuned
cartridges are easy to use - no adjusting, refilling or cleaning. All
inks utilized in the cartridges have been selected to produce consistent
dots over a wide range of speeds without dripping, or skipping. Three
needle configurations are available to afford optimal visual/physical
inker clearance.

Plunger
Stop Assembly
Data Sheet
The 5 mil DM-1
cartridge requires a very short plunger stroke in order to minimize the
amount of ink flow to the filament tip and ensure consistent, problem
free performance. In order
to shorten the plunger stroke when using the 5 mil DM-1 application, the
cartridge holder must be retrofitted with a Plunger Stop Assembly.
This assembly is available for all H series cartridge holders.
After the cartridge holder is retrofitted with the plunger stop
assembly, it can still be used with any DM-1 cartridge size as long as
the plunger stop is backed off completely to allow full plunger travel. |
