Schedule of Changes
- Continue to order from our regional Distributor for deliveries scheduled through December 23, 2009.
- Price lists will be provided and direct orders will be accepted beginning December 15 for deliveries scheduled beginning January 1, 2010.
Maintenance of Existing Orders
- We are currently maintaining all existing orders that you may have in place with our regional Distributor.
- Blanket orders placed through our regional Distributor prior to December 15, 2009 with a delivery date of December 23, 2009
or sooner will be honored.
- If you have a question or need information on ANY outstanding order, please contact Xandex.
Standard Lead Times when ordering from Xandex.
- Lead time for standard ink cartridges is 2 weeks from receipt of the purchase order (not including shipping and customs clearance).
- Lead time for standard inker hardware is 4 weeks from receipt of the purchase order (not including shipping and customs clearance).
- Non-standard products may require longer lead times.
- We encourage customers to place 4-month blanket orders with scheduled ship dates to take advantage of the lowest available cartridge pricing.
Establishing an account, placing an order and making payments
- Xandex has already established accounts for all customers that have been identified to us by our regional Distributor.
- Payment is accepted in US dollars via wire transfer or credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard) ONLY.

- Purchase Orders are accepted through our website (contact Xandex for your online ordering password), through email:

+1 (707) 763.2631. Please make sure your order includes shipment/carrier instructions.
- All orders ship via EX WORKS, Petaluma, CA (INCOTERMS 2000) and do not include customs duties, freight or insurance fees. You have the option of prepaying and adding freight to your invoice, or you may provide us with a collect account number for the carrier of your choice.
- Orders are processed the same business day they are received at Xandex. Order confirmations are sent via FAX or email on the same business day the order is processed.
