Xandex is pleased to announce direct sales of Xandex DieMark® inking products to end users in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines beginning January 1, 2010.

Xandex appreciates your support of our products through our regional Distributor, and we continue to work closely with them to avoid any interruption in the supply of DieMark products to you. As part of Xandex's "First Class Customer Service Policy," it is important that our customers' needs are met and that service is provided without interruption.

Since February of 2002, Xandex has successfully provided products, services and support directly to our customers in the U.S., Europe and many other countries worldwide. We anticipate equal success in expanding direct sales of DieMark products throughout this region.

Some of the advantages to ordering DieMark products directly from Xandex include:

Standardized pricing

  • All end users will purchase from the same price list.

Online Ordering through the Xandex website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • As of December 15, 2009, the Xandex Online Ordering website will be available to all pre-approved customers.
  • Online orders are processed the same business day they are received at Xandex.
  • Xandex has already established online accounts for known end users. To begin ordering online, all that is required is for you to request a username and password!

5% discount through April 30, 2010 on all orders placed via the Xandex online ordering system.

  • All new orders received from direct customers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines through April 30, 2010 using the Xandex online ordering system and scheduled for delivery beginning January 1, 2010 will be discounted 5%.

Same business day response to quotation requests received via our website.

  • Xandex will respond to quotation requests the same business day* the request is received, when the request is sent by submitting the quotation request form available on the Xandex website.

Same business day response to change orders

  • Xandex will respond the same business day* the request is received to change or update an existing order.
  • Same day, 24 and 48 hour shipments are available for emergency orders (expedite fees may apply).

24-7 Troubleshooting and maintenance information is available via the Xandex website.

  • Xandex provides extensive DieMark product troubleshooting, maintenance information and training on our website.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance assistance is also available via email, telephone and FAX during Xandex regular business hours*.
